Power flow is a beautiful vinyasa flow with a gentle twist. This class is perfect for those that are looking to build strength and flexibility in the body, whilst aligning breath with the body. You will be eased into gentle movements before progressing in to more complex moves and holds, whilst being assisted by your instructor throughout.

All attendees will be required to bring their own yoga mat

About Your Host

Alexis of Flex Yoga Mcr has been practicing yoga for over 20 years & is 350 hrs trained with Yoga Alliance…

Starting in fitness yoga (as a qualified PT & nutritionist) she soon moved to train in hatha/vinyasa, yin, breath work, meditation & chakras. 

More recently Alexis has trained in pre & post-natal training to safely take pregnant ladies & new mums through practice The main flows will incorporate physical & fun aspects... along with the meditative side.
