MARIO CARTA - Property Portfolio MAnager

I have spent many years working in customer facing roles, this ranges from aviation, hospitality and within the local community.

I have recently started working for For Living in November 2021 based at Dock 5 as Concierge, my job role has just changed to Property Portfolio Manager. My job entails dealing with resident queries, tenancies, rent account management and repairs.
In my spare time I like to travel, socialise with friends and spend time with my family.

MEET LUCY

lucy Mcconnell - Property Portfolio manager

For the past 4 years, I have been working within the Private Rental Sector, dealing with all different aspects.I am ARLA qualified in Housing & Property Management. I am based at Dock 5 in Salford.
My job entails dealing with resident queries, end of tenancies, rent account management and repairs.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family (mostly the dog) and booking holidays! I am full time here at Dock 5, so if there is anything you need, please feel to contact me.

MEET ROB

Robert Smith - prs manager

I have spent 10 years working in both the public and private sector in community safety and housing management.

I’ve been at ForLiving for approximately 3 years as the Property Services Manager. I am responsible for the lettings and tenancy management team and I am passionate about delivering a friendly and helpful service to our ForLiving tenants.

I have worked on a number of projects such as delivering on an ethical letting agency where we work with private landlords to provide housing to individuals who are in most need.

In my spare time I like playing rugby and walking my dogs.
