Your apartment is pre-installed with Scottish Power meters, however you will need to first create an account with them. You can find your electric meter in your utility cupboard to submit your first reading and monitor your bills.

When setting up an account with Scottish Power, you may be asked for your MPAN number.
They may ask for the MPAN number of your meter, this can be found by clicking here. 

All apartments are set up with 4th Utility and BT Open Reach routers so you can choose any provider you wish that use the following services.
Most fibre providers use BT's Openreach network, including BT itself, Sky, TalkTalk, Plusnet, and EE.

Each apartment is banded individually. Don't forget to upload your exemption certificate if you're a student or apply for your 25% discount if you're a single occupant.

Your water is supplied by United Utilities. You can find your water meter in your utility cupboard to submit your first reading and monitor your bills.

You need to be covered by a TV Licence to watch or record programmes as they’re being shown on live TV. 
This includes streaming programmes live on an online TV service such as ITV Hub, All 4, YouTube, Amazon Prime Video, Now TV, Sky Go, BBC iPlayer etc.
