Mother's Day

Mothering Sunday in the U.K. is on March 19 this year, and we are revved up to celebrate the best people in the world — mothers! Mothering Sunday has been celebrated as far back as the 16th century as a day of worship during Lent, the Christian fasting period. Incorporating the day as Mother’s Day is an addition to a more recent century, but we jump at every chance to celebrate our mothers.
