Our Story

Brothers Ben and Lucas Davis grew up in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. Both very competitive, they have always strived for the best. Skiing fanatic Ben worked as a property sales negotiator for a local Derbyshire Estate Agency before later graduating from university and going into facilities management for Manchester based Roger Hannah & Company Chartered Surveyors. He later became a building surveyor for a Cheshire based firm and has now been in the property industry for over 10 years and has a level of cleaning and facilities expertise rivalled only by his brother, Lucas. 
With a strong background in customer service, Lucas knows how to make an excellent first impression. Customer satisfaction is integral to everything he does, making his work with commercial and domestic clients a hit, not only from a cleaning point of view, but also a professional perspective. He really understands people, and this makes him an excellent and perceptive Director, who can meticulously assess the needs of his clients, and spot what others might miss. This also makes him a great golfer, and lead to his success in teaching golf in Derbyshire.
